Pranayama with Angela

WHAT IS PRANAYAMA? Prana is breath and the life force; yama means restraint or control. What happens when we take control of our breathing patterns? We can literally change the way our brains work, reduce stress, blood pressure and heart rate, and improve cognitive function, sleep and mood. Come and learn some classical pranayama techniques with me and how to apply them safely to your daily practice. 

Angela Carr is a Level 1 and Level 2 Pranayama teacher certified by the Yoga Education Collective. Angela started practicing yoga twenty years ago in the Sivananda school of yoga and currently practices Ashtanga yoga daily. She is grateful for the experience to share the extraordinary emotional and health benefits of pranayama with others.
