Join Kate for a 60-minute Ashtanga-Inspired Vinyasa flow every Tuesday at 12 pm at the AOP Shala. The class is based on the foundational poses of Ashtanga Yoga and incorporates a sequenced flow with a variety of poses, including many that Ashtangis may miss! Open to all levels, the class is designed for new and experienced yogis alike with modifications for all levels.
