Yoga Nidra with Claire

Yoga Nidra means “psychic sleep”. The teacher leads the students through a guided meditation asking students to rotate awareness around their bodies while resting and lying down in savasana in a state of deep relaxation. Practicing yoga nidra can improve sleep and decrease stress.
